NO! the wii is not compatible with the ps3
Nope, the Wii is not cross-platform compatible. Likewise, the PS3 doesn't play Wii games, the XBox360 doesn't play PS3 games, etc.
The PS3 is world's better than a Nintendo Wii and that is why the Wii U has been developed for release late 2012 at the earliest. The new Wii U looks to be cooler and is said to be backward compatible with the Wii games and accessories
The Wii U is a different console to the Wii. The Wii U however is compatible with Wii games and accessories.
Between my boyfriend and I we have every current generation console. It depends what your looking for. PS3 is more powerful, better graphics, and BluRay compatible. Wii offers a newer outlook on controls. Plus PS3 is HD compatible, where as wii currently is not. My personal answer for this question is PS3. And I love certain things about the Wii. But we have every current gen console ... and I still feel PS3 is more of a Gaming Console. Wii only has a few good games ... STILL... it's all shovel ware.. Believe me I used to be a DIE HARD Nintendo fan.. but the Wii just let me down.
I don't think its Wii compatible yet, but you can play it on PS3, and Mac
Depends what you bought it for. Xbox / ps3 / windows / wii (not sure if its for windows or wii or hell even ps3...)
The game title does not matter PS3 games are for PS3. Many games for the PS3 also have games that are available in versions for other consoles. You need a Wii version of a game to play on the Wii
Backward compatibility means that the new product will support an older product. A PS3 is said to be Backward Compatible when it will play PS2 games. The Wii U says it will be able to use the Wii accessories and games and that would make it backward compatible
No, you can't even get a American ps3 to play American wii games
No they do not
No. Gamecube game were compatible with the Wii but they're no longer compatible with the Wii U. Wii games are however still compatible with the Wii U.
