Piper Super Cubs are no longer in current production, but are still out there flying. A good source to find one in your area would be the EAA, Experimental Aircraft Association. You can see them flying at the "world's largest airshow" in Oshkosh Wisconsin every year in late July. I believe there is a Piper Cub owners club also.
Many companies are building Piper Super Cubs from the frame up, however they feature many modern amenities that weren't available in the original Super Cubs. There are even some companies that have improved the Super Cub's original design and sell them as new Super Cubs, however they can't call them a Piper Super Cub.
