They most likely will. I checked a couple of weeks ago. There were only 3 or 4 games to be released in 2011. But I just checked again, and the games to be released were not on Gamestop.com. I would imagine they have been cancelled and so the life cycle of PlayStation 2 is nearing the end.
They are still being made because they are still selling consoles. The number of total consoles sold is over 150 million and there are over 1.5 billions games sold. As long as old broken or worn out consoles are replaced with new ones they will keep making the products
