It depends on the breed, the size, well, it really depends on the horse. Horses are fast though.
How fast a horse, pony, or miniature eats depends completely on the individual. A paint horse will, of course, eat MORE than a miniature because it is bigger.
3 times slower depending on the breed of horse
The average speed of a normal pony.
Well Quarter horses can be a good first choice but so can many other breeds including Paints, Appaloosas, Pony breeds, draft crosses, and Standardbreds.
Well, it all depends on the horse. If it is chubby horse it will run slower but if it is a lighter, fitter horse it will run faster. It would also depend on the breed of the horse. If it is a TB, which are fast runners, they would be faster than for example a Shetland pony. All horses run at different speeds so there wouldn't be an exact speed for wild horses. Hope this helped!
Depending on the horse and carriage about 15 to 20 mph.
No; a grizzly bear can run about 30 MPH. A horse can run about 40 MPH. Horse speed can vary by breed, however.
An Altai horse would run at the same speed that any breed of horse not developed for racing would, 14 to 20/25 MPH.
the type of horse used in the police force are thoroughbreds because they can run fast and are very slick!
Quarter horses do tend to be the best for barrel racing but Arabians are deferentially not suited for it. You can really use any horse for barrel racing but it is SUPER IMPORTANT that you make sure they have the right body build and athletic abilities to preform the task. Arabians typically don't fit the needs. I am a barrel racer myself so please take this advice.
To get make the best offspring based on the parents traits. Example: if a breeder was trying to make a super fast horse, he would make sure that two fast horses breed to make a fast horse.
