Meat, fish and cheese are the best sources of protein from the one's you mentioned in the question. They have great nutritional values, with fish probably having the best one's for a healthy, clean diet. Peas are also good, but they shouldn't be a main source of protein in your diet. They are of course great as a side dish and I would recommend everyone to take peas and other vegetables to be a part of a good, healthy diet.
