The only one that wasn't is Earth.

And actually Earth is too. You see, "earth" also means the ground under your feet. The Latin word for that was "terra" and the Greek "gaea". Those were also the names of a Goddess who personified the earth beneath the ancient's feet. Gaea was the mother of the Titans.
