Kind of. Maybe this will help.

2006: Selena started to become famous and a competition for Miley.

2007: Selena guest starred on a few Hannah Montana episodes and became the star of Wizards of Waverly Place.

2008: People start to see tension as Selena gets mad at Miley for some bad pictures, messing around and making fun of Selena and Demi's YouTube video. But in an interview, Selena said they were on and okay level, so not good friends but not enemies.

2009: Miley had even more competition when Selena came out with her debut album, Kiss and Tell. Supposedly, Selena was mad at Miley for "stealing" Demi. Then Selena said she was psyched when her video for "Naturally" topped Miley's "Party in the USA" and magazines say they are.

So, I don't know, but if they are, Selena is winning.
