I have a 2001 Tacoma, 4 CYL, 4WD, 218,000 miles on it. Other than routine maintenance, I have never had any issues with it. I replaced brake pads at 185,000 miles for the first time. I have gone through 4 sets of tires. I have just now replaced shocks and struts. But that's it. Its a great truck.
