UFO stands for 'unidentified flying object' therefore of course they exist, it could be anything as its unidetified. It could be a balloon or plastic bag. Spaceships however, are a different story.

Well, there are real things that appear to be flying that couldn't be identified; that's why they're called UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects). Some are later identified. There has never yet been actual proof that UFOs come from anywhere but earth.
