No, UFOs are object appearing to fly but the observer can't identify them. They are usually light playing visual tricks, normal flying objects that are moving or far away that can't be seen well enough to identify, or outright pranks played on unsuspecting observers. There is nothing 'human-like' involved other than the curiosity or imagination of humans or the mischievousness of human pranksters.
