Wokori: Well, in Twilight Princess when Link defeated Beast Ganon they were about to kiss when the freakshow Ganondork gets up again and ruins it all.
In Wind Waker they were in love when Tetra becomes Zelda.
In Ocarina of Time, when Zelda had to send Link away from her , she looks sad.
In Majora's Mask when Link set off to find Navi, Zelda didn't want him to leave but knew she had to let him.
There IS a possibility that they are in love, but remember all the other girls who flirt with Link: Ilia, Malon, Saria, Ruto,Midna,Medli,and the fairy queen.

I say that it depends. In the Ocarina of Time, game and manga, Link and Zelda are in fact in love. As kids, Zelda kisses Link on the cheek before he goes to find the other 2 Spiritual Stones in the manga and the way that Link reacts to it makes his feelings quite obvious. And, just the way that the creators made the dialogue as they speak to each other in the game and manga implies it.
And I don't know why any one would think of liking the pair of Link and anyone other girl than Zelda because if he truly liked that person, then why is Zelda the only one who stays throughout every game? It's because Link and Zelda have a bond together. And hint: It's called the Legend of ZELDA. Zelda's legend. And only at least once, that I know of, was the game called The Legend of Link.
Besides that, in the old television show, The Legend of Zelda, Link repeatedly asks Zelda to kiss him. Each time she rejects because if you watch the show then you will see that his is quite annoying and cocky. But she too harbors feelings.
Anyways, my answer is Yes. Link and Zelda are, for the most part, in love.\

∙ 14y agoYes. Many people think that Link and Zelda arent in love, but they really are. Zelda tells Link she loves him. They are goodtboyfriend and girlfriend. Besides, Zelda is much older than Link. There is no way that Zelda's more than 3 years older than Link,and besides if that's true than why in the show does link always say:"Kiss me princess." and in one episode Ganon wipes out Link's body but not his spirit from a blast that bounced around too much so it was weakened (accidentally of course) and Zelda was the only one who could see him then Ganon says "the only way Zelda could see Link is if she's in love with him!"And plus You can tell just by looking at them that they're around the same age anyway
