Simple answer: NO! Anyone can play video games, as long as they have free time and above the age rating (although this is not a problem for adults) However, research has shown that adults' reaction times can be slower, and many essential gaming skills are lost in the older generations.
i dont think watching cartoons and playing video games have a maximum age limit. And, i think it would be stupid to stop watching cartoons and playing video games just because you are older.it is due to the fact that you are older that you can enjoy it in ways that you cant when you are young^^
