Well not all animals are always active. Some animals are active in the day and some are active at night. Why do you ask this?
All animals move at some point but animals like starfish and sloths dont really move as much as lets say a cheetah
All animals live in the daytime. Those that are active are called diurnal animals.
Humans, Horses & Cows are all diurnal animals (active by Day)
^ Really depends on the animal. Some animals hibernate during the winter, so no; not ALL animals remain active throughout the entire year. Hope I helped! (:
nocturnal animals are active at night diurnal animals are active during the day and crepuscular animals are active during twilight hours
they become more active and more alert as they are all awake
Ferrets sleep all day because they are 'DIURNAL' animals. Diurnal animals are animals which sleep throughout the day and are active and also eat there food at night. However humans are 'NOCTURNAL' because they sleep at night and are active and eat during daytime.
A biome is the type of land in which an animal lives. Animals are active at night in all biomes. Being active at night is called nocturnal while being awake in the day is called diurnal
All animals need sunlight to be active, weather directly or not. For example animals who eat plants need sunlight to make the plants that they eat to get energy. For meat eaters its a bit more complicated. They eat the animals who eat plants who use the sun. so indirectly all animals need sunlight.
Animals that are active from dusk onwards are known as 'Nocturnal'. :)
An animal that sleeps during the day and is active at night is called nocturnal. Examples include most rodents, most bats, and the big cats. An animal that is most active around dawn or dusk is crepuscular.
If I understand your question correctly, you want to know WHEN nocturnal animals are active. In response, they are active during the night, when it is dark outside.
