The people who perceive the site as useless do so for varying reasons. Some just don't know how to use the site. The unregistered users get a different layout from the registered users, and not everyone knows how to navigate through all that. Others find it useless because they are in a hurry and cannot get the answers they want in a timely manner. If you get home at 3:30 PM and have to go to bed by 9:00 PM, then you might be upset if you cannot get the answers within 4 hours.
