Well drugs are not exactly illegal , unless it is prescribed by a docter. Because there are some drug stores that sell medicine for you to take.. And some people get prescribes Weed for there nervousness.

It is legal to possess up to 2 grams of powder cocaine in the country of Peru. You can also possess up to but not exceeding 8 grams of Pot. Any amount over these levels are considered trafficking and comes with stiff prison terms.
