Human beings are natural sinners having inherited a sin nature from Adam. All human being are born spiritually dead and do not receive spiritual life until they accept Jesus Christ as their Savior. If a person remains spiritually dead they will go to the Lake of Fire for an eternity.

Christ is the only way to heaven, see Romans 10:9-11.

No, but we certainly have the propensity to become sinners in life and The Bible tells us all have in their lifetimes. The human parents are told to train up or teach their children in the right ways and not to provoke them to wrath - causing sin (see Proverbs 22:6 and Ephesians 6:4). Children are a blessing from God and the Bible contains many Scripture about this (see Psalm 127:3-5 as example).

Tragically, the world has been deceived into believing a negative message about we humans from birth onwards. In circa 248 AD, a learned man wrote the 'Origen Homilies, Lev. 8 which introduced mankind to the concept of 'original sin' being transferred to each and every human being at birth. But the Bible has a very different approach to this so called 'transmittal' of sinfulness. Jesus Himself told us that we should all behave as 'innocent' children - that sin is a learned event many times through our own ignorance and other times through our human foibles:

Matthew 18:1-5New King James Version (NKJV)

Who Is the Greatest?18 At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven? 2 Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, 3 and said, Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me.
