No. The four outer planets are not rock. Jupiter and Saturn are what we call gas giants, composed mostly of hydrogen and helium. Uranus and Neptune are sometimes called ice giants, with mantles composed of water, ammonia, and methane ices kept solid by pressure rather than cold.
