All I know is that Rufus Fry is a new kid at Clark Elementary. Rufus wears raggady clothes so the kids pick on him. When he first walked in the class Rufus was Shy. On page 25 it says so
if u had read the book Kenny had a bully his name was Larry Dunn ,and Kenny was noticing that when the bully put his black gloves in the snow the snow turned black from the glove, showing us that the bully stole Kenny's gloves but tried to fool him by painting it black, when it was originally brown.
