no.

There are many types of plants and many ways to distinguish plants of one type from another.

There are trees, bushes, flowering plants, succulents and cacti, and just plain vegetation.

There are evergreen trees that rarely lose leaves and deciduous trees that lose their leaves as the seasons change and grow new leaves.

Some evergreen trees have needle like leaves, most trees have wide leaves of varying shape by which the tree is identified.

Most leaves are various shades of green, some plants have purple leaves.

Almost all plants have flowers which eventually make seeds. Flowers come in all different sizes, shapes, and colors. Most flowers have an odor considered pleasant. Flowers have a sexual identification. Some are male, some are female, some are both.

Flowers need to be fertilized to make seeds that become new plants. It is called pollination. This is done by bees, birds, or other insects or animals. They are usually attracted to the flower by its shape, color or smell. They brush against the flowers rubbing off some pollen from an organ in the middle of a flower and put it into the middle of another suitable flower. That starts the seed making.

There are various shapes of seeds, We see many seeds as pits in fruit.

Some plants require dry weather and will die if exposed to too much water and other plants require constant moisture in the ground or air to flourish.

Most plants grow in soil. Some grow in water. Some are epiphytes, which grow anchored to trees or shrubs but get their nourishment from the air and water. Some are lithophytes which grow on rocks or very rocky soil.

There are Non-deterministic plants that grow, make flowers and seeds, drop the seeds to propagate and repeat again making flowers and seeds and continue growing. There are deterministic plants that grow, have flowers, seeds, drop the seeds to propagate and die.
