The area of space beyond Neptune includes the Kuiper Belt, which contains many asteroids and three dwarf planets (Pluto/Charon, Haumea, and Makemake). However, most if not all of these are formed from ice and dust, rather than the rocky asteroids of the main Asteroid Belt between Mars and Jupiter.

ANSWER
The belt you are probably thinking of is the one between mars and Jupiter, there really is no name for it. Astronomers just refer to it as the main belt.

ANSWER
That belt above is commonly called The Asteroid Belt. also sometimes called the Main Asteroid belt. The Cometary Belt is in the Oort Cloud

The Solar System is home to two main belts of small bodies. The asteroid belt, which lies between Mars and Jupiter, is composed mainly of rock and metal. The Kuiper belt, which lies beyond Neptune's orbit, is composed mostly of ices. The Oort cloud, which acts as the source for long-period comets, exists at a distance that may be as far as thousand times beyond either of these two more well known belts.

Yes. The asteroid belt is a vaguely-defined area of space between Mars and Jupiter, which contains about 90% of all known asteroids. The total mass of all of them together is somewhere between the mass of our Moon, and the planet Mars. There are only a few of any mass; Ceres, which was reclassified as a "dwarf planet" in 2005, Vesta, and Juno are the largest.
