∙ 13y agoTo string balloon curtains, first measure and cut the strings to the desired length. Tie one end of each string to the rings on the curtain panel and thread the other end through the rod pocket at the top of the curtain. Adjust the tension of the strings to create the desired balloon effect.

If you mean 'Is there a way of remembering how to spell the word balloon', I suggest that you think of the two letter O's as balloons, and the two letter L's, as the strings, one for each balloon - two balloons, two strings. Just draw a picture in your head, of someone holding two red balloons! Does it work?
