No, actually there was a survey done in Minnesota that one hundred blonds and one hundred brunettes took to see how smart you are and the average scores out of one hundred for blonds were 92% and brunettes got 89%. Its close but scientists have prov-en that blonds in general are no smarter or illiterate than anyone else. I'm a blond and I'm on the straight A honor role and friend is a brunette and she got 2 B's. Also, you spelt dumber wrong, so if you're brunette or have red or black hair, then I guess that proves something.
