If you listen to Bone Music before the demise of Eazy E, you may notice little things that point to Blood/People Nation affiliation.
If you listen to them after the demise of Eazy E, you may hear slang/lyrics pointing to Crip/Folk Nation affiliation.
Bizzy Bone has stated numerous times that he has MANY MANY friends that are members to Crip/Blood and GD/Vice Lord gangs.
Not to mention the fact that it is said that Cleveland has a long gang history.
So now you know why the answer isn't that simple.
Now this is just speculation, but most people think that Bone Thugs are members or at least have friends or were affiliated with the Bloods or The Black P-Stone Rangers
