Candace marries Jeremy, because in one episode she said that when she marries Jeremy she is going to have kids named Axaviuor and Amanda. That is just what happened. In the episode where Phineas , Ferb , Isabella and Candace go to the future they see the future Candace having kids named Axaviuor and Amanda !
