No. For most of the world, the PSP as a platform already dried out with the exception of Japan and homebrewers around the world. Secondly, as far as I know the games were historically a Nintendo exclusive - first released in Japan for the GBA, then worldwide for the NDS, then later versions came out for the 3DS. However, Capcom have released mobile "ports" if you wish to play them on your smartphone or tablet.

for the ps3 you have to go to the playstation store. if they have that demo/game for psp you download it. then connect psp with usb cable. then you download it to psp.
