Disc drives can hold more data than catridge drives.
Because flash drives are plug and play devices
for my own opinion it depends on your needs but having external hard drive is more of peace of mind for you if your PC accidentally got virus you got back up files
It depends what you configure them to be on the Dell website. I5 is better than I3, DDR3 ram is better than DDR2, SSD HD's are better than disk drives etc.
Solid state drives are drives that run off of flash memory rather than a hard disk.
Serial ATA, otherwise known as SATA is an interface used for connecting optical drives, hard disk drives (aka hard drive), and solid-state drives to the bus adapters for a host. In other words, SATA connects computer drives to computers. Solid-state drives are computer storage devices, similar to a hard disk drive, that does not contain moving components, unlike hard disk drive that contain moving parts. Solid-state drives connect to computers using interfaces like Serial ATA. This question is similar to asking why is usb mouse better than a usb port. One is not necessarily "better" than the other because even though they work together, they both do different things. - UnrivaledShogun
Tape drives are quite reliable and that's the only reason to buy one. Other than that there are better storage options available. So you want a reliable brand such as quantum.
The question does not say better than WHAT!
Near zero latency on seek means faster response times and better performance
Yes, ac drives are better than dc drives. You can find more info at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Variable-frequency_drive or www.avtron.com/ac_vs_dc.htm
No
An SAS HDD is a type of hard disk drive that is used in computers. They are generally considered better than SATA hard disk drives and allow for faster processing speeds and data transfer.
Definitely an External hard disk is better than the flash memory because of it's stability.
