Well, I used to have chickens! It does depend on the coop access and design like the first person said! But if you have a really strong host pipe or one of those huge water blasters (forgot what they are called) then you just spray it inside until all the muck dissolves and then goes away! Just check your coop regularly and then keep adding fresh straw!
