I don't know what clif shot bloks running shoes are. I have never heard of them but, if you go to a sports shop website, they might have a lot of great deals you can take to your advantage.

Buying running shoes is easily done at a specialty sport shoe store near you. be prepared to try on several shoes and be asked to run, either on a treadmill or around the parking lot. Once you've gotten a good idea of what works, then you can shop on-line for a cheaper set, either at run outlet, or runners warehouse. these on-line shops will also have supplements like clif shots.
