I believe there is. Grads feel a sense of accomplishment, fulfilment, status, and reputation. This in itself can raise ones self esteem.

Not necessarily, but they are more wise. College grads earn a LOT more money than non-graduates and have a lot more choices in life.
Because some information is fresh in their heads while the college grads forgot it. Others just know things that the college grads didn't learn or just didn't know. Maybe their parents work in that field, or they had a past expierence with that topic. There are a lot of explinations.

I could not find any information about how many graduates there are from Bluefield College, but they do have about 701 students enrolled according to US News. They also have students enrolled in online courses.
