It depends on what terms.
If you are joining a program on WikiAnswers, they only judge you if your questions are against WikiAnswers' rules, and will not allow you to join a program if you ask questions against the rules.
Otherwise, you are not judged by the questions you ask.

Where does Answers.com get all its answers from?
We get our answers from Contributors like you. You are the ones that ask questions and help by answering and asking questions. Without contributors like you there wouldn't be many answers or questions.

It's not that the site asks the questions, its the contributors who use WikiAnswers. They choose to ask their question, waiting for an answer.

So that all of our questions are consistent and easy for contributors to find, they must follow our Stylebook, which states that questions should be phrased using "you" rather than "I", "me" or "one".
Why don't you have to my questions?
Because some questions are not asked completely (missing details) or structured very poorly that contributors ("answerers") have to guess what you're trying to ask which may not actually be the case.Such as yours: "Why don't we have what to your questions?"

No, you may ask or answer as many questions as you wish. We encourage all members and unregistered users to answer often and answer honestly. There are a few rules to answering, and you can find these in the Help Center link in the blue menu area to the left. We ask that answer contributors be respectful, and answer seriously. Every question deserves an answer, after all.
