You can take them out by simply putting your thumb on the opening and taking your other hand and snatching the other side up but they are supposed to remain on the Converse shoes to show that they are actually real.
If they still give you trouble use a petroleum solvent spot remover and pour that into the shoe and let it soak through the insole to dissolve the glue
No they are not! After seeing this question, I tried to take out my Converse insole and I just tore the bottom of the insole. Also, near the toe the adhesive is more spread out and that part will be even harder to remove, casing even more damage.
Take a picture of Emma Watson's Converse. Take the picture into a Converse store. If the shoes are not in stock, they can probably order them for you. Unless they were custom made.

If you are referring to the removable coupe top, it requires a special tool. It is a star bit with a long handle. If you do not have an original with the car, they can be purchased aftermarket. There are a total of four bolts. Two of the bolts are located up front and two in back. The bolts in the front do not come out, however the ones in the back do.
Most converse shoes can be washed in the washing machine, such as canvas Chuck Taylor's. Other converse may need a suede or nu buck cleaner to take out stains and maintain the shoe's looks.
I have a temporary solution until anyone can find earth spirit shoes. Take your old insoles from your old pair of your old earth spirit shoes and put it in other brand . It's the insoles the makes the shoes comfortable that's what I'm doing with mine
