For profession acting classes, I'd research because there's no point in suggesting a good acting class that's on the other side of the country. You need one near you, and an acting studio is good if your acting class tutor tells you it's good.

Without knowing your location it's not possible to give a precise answer. However you can take drama at many high schools. If you want to go to a college that has acting classes you should choose one with a liberal arts curriculum and then make sure they have a good drama department.

yes you can but you have to still have some acting experience and have to be very good at and not shy or have stage fright and you have to be able to learn all your lines and be able to say them.
