no they arent.i own a dingo and my dingo is beautiful. now im not saying that ifyou aproach a dingo in the wild or someone elses it wont harm you. it may if your not careful so i sugest leaving it alone or asking the owner. dingoes are misunderstood and people have said things about them that may or may not be true. i hope this helps
