Dogs and all of the domain eukarya (including insects, plants, and fungi) are all made up of eukaryotic cells. The only ones with the prokaryotic cell are the bacterias.

Dogs are mammals, just like you are, so they are eukaryotes; having a membrane bound nucleus in their cells and many membrane bound organelles in those cells also.
