Compared to certain creatures, yes they are one of the smartest animals.
I think my guinea is really smart. There is a dog a few houses down and I watched it. The guinea would stay the same distance away from the dog as the dog moved.

No. Not really but poodles are smart maybe not what your looking for
The type of dog does not matter it is all about how well trained they are although you may want to get a smart dog so hopefully it will learn faster. If you want a smart dog I would steer clear of Maltese and cocker spaniels as they seem to not be as smart as say a lab or a golden retriever. So basically the type of dog doent really matter.
well it is a just dog and just to say I am only in year three but I am really smart
Well, all dogs are different just like all humans are different. different dog have different personality's. You cant just get a dog and expect it to be the "perfect" dog. It takes training and time. They don't automatically know between right and wrong. They have to be tought. Some dogs are really smart and some dogs are just really stupid. If you honestly put the time and effort into your dog and it is a smart dog you will know it because he/she behavior will improve emensily.
Train the dog and teach it tricks. Then you can say that it is alot smarter than a smart dog.
yes
really smart
A Czechoslovakian shepard dog is really a german shepard that is usually bigger, a darker black color, and stronger then a regular german shepard. They are great dogs, and they are very smart too.
some parents maybe smart but they are really smart about 90% smart
not all of them are smart, in fact some are really stupid, but there are also some who are average or really smart.
