Well NO dogs aren't left handed because:

Dogs have paws
they have 4 legs NOT hands
and there is NO way scientists would be able to find out

An anecdotal observation:Anyone who has taught more than a few dogs to "shake" has noticed that some dogs, as they begin to catch on, will present their left front paw instead of the right, even though the trainer consistently picks up the right paw. This isn't scientific analysis by any means; just anecdotal evidence that some dogs favor using the left front paw over the right, giving the appearance of being "left-handed."
