No. If they did, everyone would see them and they would be all over the newspaper and TV.

Do you always believe in things you see.

Answer:

It's lucky they don't. Today people believe in all of the wee folk (elves, fairies, gnomes, etc.) as cute little things that sing and dance, sell cookies and tea bags and reunite lost pets with owners. In the old days these supernatural beings were known to have definite "how to handle" guidelines to prevent them from playing mischievous and sometimes deadly tricks on people. Like parents that smear honey on kid's faces to get funny pictures of bears "kissing" them, the dangers of having these folk around are not understood.

No. ====== Anthropologists performing DNA analysis on humans, neanderthals and elves have recently announced that elves are indeed another branch of the human tree, and that they are as closely related to us as were the neanderthals. We humans are classified as 'Homo Sapiens Sapiens.' Neanderthals are classified as 'Homo Sapiens Neanderthalis.' Anthropologists will announce on Christmas Day that elves will henceforth be classified as "Homo Sapiens Elvis.'
