Well it depends. Like if you have severe flat feet like me or very minor flat feet. Since i have severe flat feet my "foot" doctor has given me braces that aren't visible from the outside. But there is a way to check if you shoes are good or bad for you. You will need to take your shoe and hold the heel and place the toe part on a flat surface and push down on the shoe. If bends a lot it is not good but if it is stiff or a little bendy then i will be just fine. But if you are till not sure then just check with you doctor.
Hoped That Helped! :)

Riding boots! These are specifically designed for riding horses and are safe, as they have a heel which prevents your foot becoming stuck in the stirrup. However, paddock boots can also be worn, as well as wellington boots if you cannot find riding boots or are trying riding for the first time. NEVER wear trainers or flat soled shoes as these have no heels and your foot could slip through the stirrups and your foot could become stuck which is very dangerous.
Contrary to what some may tell you, the first people to wear UGG boots were farmers and sheepherders from Australia and New Zealand. They designed this style of boot (UGG was NOT a brand name first) to keep their feet safe and warm while they worked. The boots were then used by aviation pilots during world wars to keep their feet warm because the cabins in their planes were not pressurized and, because of the lack of pressure, were very cold.
Yes, but wrap-around overreach boots would offer more protection.
Yes--and no. Soldiers in uniform such as for marching, review, or parades must be in full attire, including their boots. For example, no soldier from any country would disgrace the uniform by wearing flip-flops, sandals, or Western Cowboy boots. Soldiers in the barracks remove their boots for showering, sleeping, and their off-duty hours. In wartime, boots are a matter of common sense. Soldiers in combat typically try to change their socks when it is safe to do so, to avoid build-up of moisture. But otherwise, in the battle area their feet are in their boots.
No, it is not safe to ride a bike with a flat tire as it can affect your balance, control, and increase the risk of accidents.
Is uggfacebook.com a safe site to buy boots on?
Suede or leather boots. These boots will often be steel toed and have slip resistant soles. Construction boots are made from materials that will keep the worker safe. Construction zones are very unsafe and having proper work boots can reduce safety accidents.
No, that will ruin them. You have to buy suede cleaning foam.
