No. They come from two different places in the body. Chemical waste and excess water in the body is extracted by the kidneys and leaves the body as urine. Fecal matter is the leftover bulk of what is eaten and contains what the body hasn't digested. That includes indigestible fiber, fat, plant matter, and other bulk. It leaves through the intestines.

Now, it is possible for the water to be pulled out of the feces and be used by the body and released as urine. However, that makes the feces harder and leads to fecal impaction.

No. Feces is undigested food, and urine is liquid and chemical waste. Feces comes from the large intestine and comes out the anus, while urine comes from the kidneys and exits through the urethra.
