No you can't. The Federal and State Identification numbers are not public information and not available on any public sites or documents. Having one certainly gives you no right to the other. That's like saying if I have one of your kids social security number you have to give me your other children's numbers. FEID and State ID numbers are similar to social security numbers for a company. What reason would you need this information for anyway. If you are an employee they will send you a W-2 form with this information on it and there is no other reason to have it.
