No, women can not join the RAF Regt because it is an infantry force: currently, women can serve in all branches the UK Armed Forces (including aircrew, artillery, combat engineers, intelligence, military police etc) EXCEPT those whose primary role is "to close with and destroy the enemy" - ie Infantry and Armour.
Many female RAF personnel serve on attachment to RAF Regt units (eg intelligence, logistics, communications, medical, and admin specialists), but they can not be members of the Regiment.
