No, Fiber One Bars are not gluten-free. According to the ingredient list, they contain barley and malt extract. Also The allergen warning section states they may contain wheat ingredients.
Type your answer here... Yes nutrigrain bars do have gluten. They are very healthy and very good for everyone. I had a science project about this and it proved that it was healthy.
I need to know if I should eat more nutri-grain bars or more chewy bars for the most amount of fiber?
Fiber One Granola Bars do work sometimes. They work if you drink a lot on fluid. My daughter and I find these bars spring cleaning for our colon. Hope you like them too!!
Wheat, wholegrain oats, fruit and sugar I think.
They would have a lot of fibre
you have fiber bars
inside nutrigrain there is iron dust.
Fiber One bars make you pass gas so much because of the fiber content.
140 calories a nature valley bar has in it
yes
There is no way to answer this with this little information. There are a lot of good choices out there, and a lot of junk. First off, you need a good balance of fiber and protein to make a good bar, and one that is going to give you a sensation of fullness and last. Some bars are loaded with sugar, high calories, fats, etc. I prefer the new Kellog's Fiber Plus bars. They are loaded with 9g of Fiber and really do the trick to stave off hunger pains, give me the sense of fullness, and dietary fiber is always a plus! I have yet to have any gas issues like the Fiber One bars tend to give.
it is good to have fiber in cereal bars because it can give you energy and helps you ballence a healthy eating habit but to much fiber can be a problem so dont eat more than 1 a day
Yes, a rice crispy treat is much healthier than a nutrigrain bar.
