No. they are harmless. However, it is a good idea to be careful of they're mouth because, like every other animal that has teeth, if they feel scared they will bite. The wound is not dangerous unless the animal is infected with some sort of disease. In that case, it is a good idea to get vaccinated. Otherwise, simply clean the bite with a cotton ball soaked in hydrogen peroxide (to kill any germs) and put a band aid over it.
