Hemorrhoids are curable, they are not permanent.
However, very few cases they disappear themselves so have to go under treatment to get rid of it.
Yes definitely, hemorrhoids go away. There are medications.
Answer:Hemorrhoids can be a temporary condition if proper precautions are made. It's not like a cold or cut, which can go away over time, even if untreated. Hemorrhoidal Disease (HD) can become a consistent and painful problem if effort is not taken to address the root cause of the problem. There are many topical ointments that are sold as a cure or treatment for hemorrhoids, but there is not much evidence on the efficacy of such treatments. Changing one's diet to include more fiber, minimizing heavy lifting, and promoting healthy bowel habits are good ways to move towards minimizing the symptoms and chances of future occurrences. Certain creams can also reduce the itching and discomfort, but they only temporarily minimize the symptoms. Depending on the severity of the hemorrhoids, there are various surgery and alternative treatment options. Each option has its own positives and negatives, but it is often the quickest way to making the condition "go away."
Some people are simply more prone to hemorrhoids and may develop the condition again, even if they make general improvements to their health. This includes the demographic of men and women over the age of 50. It also includes pregnant women, obese people, and men and women with high blood pressure. People who do frequent heavy lifting, have low-fiber diets, or poor bowel habits may also find themselves with a recurrence of hemorrhoids if they do not change their habits.
While not a delightful subject for conversation around the dinner table, hemorrhoids are an uncomfortable, itchy and painful affliction for millions of people around the world. There are a few simple steps that can be done at home to help correct this condition. Diet Hemroids can be caused by hard stools that are forced out of the body by straining. Adding fiber to the diet in the form of fruits and vegetables keeps the stool soft and prevents straining. Drink plenty of water as this helps keep stools soft. In addition a natural stool softening works well too. The Toilet Most of us sit on the toilet with feet flat on the floor. This can cause a kink or bend in our colon leading to straining. Try placing your feet on a step stool about six inches high. This will straighten out the colon and help prevent hemorrhoids. In addition use soft wipes such as witch hazel wipes instead of harsh toilet tissue. Hemorrhoids Treatment There are other home remedies that can be used as hemorrhoids treatment. Both aloe vera and cider vinegar are said to provide hemroids relief. Apply aloe vera over the hemorrhoid a few times a day. This will give relief and decrease the swelling. Natural apple cider vinegar is also said to be an excellent hemroids cure. Soak a cotton ball in the apple cider vinegar and apply directly to the hemorrhoids a few times a day saturating the area. The apple cider vinegar many cause a rash so apply aloe vera over and around the affected area after treating with the vinegar. OTC OptionsThere are also many preparations that can be purchased at the local drugstore. Many promise relief from itching and swelling and come in either suppositories or creams that can be used at home to cure hemorrhoids.

Hi, I wrote a book on hemorrhoids so should be able to help you out with the basics.
Hemorrhoids eill go away on their own, sometimes. It really depends on the cause. Irritation and straining are the two biggest culprits. Stop them and you have a good chance they'll go away and never come back.
If you decide not to treat the cause (or probable cause), then the hemorrhoids may go away but they will most likely come back again. And once you get hemorrhoids you are then prone to getting them again. This is based on genetics as well as the minor damage already sustained on the outer wall of the hemorrhoid.
Wipe with soft toilet paper, add some aloe and witch hazel to soothe and repair. Then up your fiber intake and consider a fiber powder each day. And drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, everyday. This is standard for everyone regardless on whether you have hemorrhoids.

There is no real cure you can do yourself for hemorrhoids. You can use creams like Preparation H or pads like Tucks to give you some relief. These really do help the hemorrhoids go down. The only way to completely get rid of hemorrhoids is to have them surgically removed. Otherwise, they will keep coming back.
Speaking only from personal experience, ibuprofen is not good for treating hemorrhoids. I rarely suffered from any hemorrhoid discomfort before using ibuprofen. Having taking only one dose of ibuprofen daily for a short time for back pain, the ibuprofen actually seemed to cause hemorrhoids! After stopping the ibuprofen, the hemorrhoids went away. Thinking this to be coincidental, I tried the ibuprofen again as it works well for my back pain. But the hemorrhoids returned. So, at least for me, ibuprofen is not helpful for hemorrhoids.
Leukemia definitely does not go away on its own. If you know you have it and don't get treatment for it, you will eventually become very sick, that may lead to death.
