Presently, Holly J. and Sav are currently dating each other and though they've never said it to each other, Sav told Jenna in not so many words that he loved Holly J., and it appears that she feels the same way. Though, Holly J. did admit that she still had feelings for Declan and cheated on Sav with Declan (Season 10, "Halo" Part 2). I hope they will get back together in Season 11 but it can't be determined while she's still dating Sav.
