Feeding a dog a hot dog now and then would not hurt them, but they should not be fed to dogs all the time. Mainly because of the seasonings and the sodium content. Some of the seasonings may be harmful for dogs such as garlic powder, which they are allergic to. (The exact seasonings vary on the company and flavors)
