Yes. Although perhaps not to the same extent that other species are subject to evolution. Today, mankind has an unprecedented control over its environment, and an unprecendented ability to travel, to make genes spread over the whole world. But this is a recent development, and there have been millennia in which humans were far less able to adjust their environment to suit their needs.

As an example of human evolution, one could point to the spread of lactose tolerance in adults. Historically, mammals suckle when they're young, but no longer tolerate lactose in their adult forms, as their production of lactase, the enzyme used to break down lactose, declines. However, since humans developed agriculture and were able to keep and exploit cattle - some ten to fifteen thousand years ago, lactase persistence has spread from various populations in the world. When one projects the incidence of lactose tolerance in adults against the permeation of agriculture, one can easily see how this trait propagated as a result of natural selection.

What is evolution of humanities?

The evolution of humans is the concept that humans evolved from the same ancestors as apes and monkeys. Human evolution is the part of biological evolution concerning the emergence of humans as a distinct species. It is the subject of a broad science that seeks to understand and describe how this change and development occurred. The study of human evolution encompasses many scientific disciplines, most notably biological-anthropology, linguistics and genetics. The term "human", in the context of human evolution, refers to the genus homo, but studies of human evolution usually include other hominini, such as the australopithecine.

Are humans subject to environmental resistance in the same sense that other organisms are?

Yes, humans are subject to environmental resistance, just like other organisms. Factors such as natural disasters, resource limitations, and competition for food and habitat can impact human populations and shape their behavior and evolution. Humans, like all living organisms, are influenced by the environment in which they live.

Why is there no evolution in humans now?

Evolution is an ongoing process that occurs over many generations. In humans, changes due to evolution may be slower because of factors like modern medicine, which reduces selective pressures. However, evolution is still happening in humans, but the changes may be more subtle or take longer to become noticeable.
