What is actually happening is that Global Warming is melting the ice at the poles of the Earth which makes the sea levels rise and in turn the islands appear to be sinking but actually the sea levels are rising.

NO islands are being effected by rising waters caused by global warming! That's because global warming does not exist. It was fabricated by environmentalists to scare more people into furthering their "environmental" agenda. What they had to say sounded believable and many, many people did. However, global warming caused by our societies increased hydrocarbon output has been recently proven to be false. You can disagree with this all you want but that still doesn't change truth.

They have no high land to move to. Whenever there is a storm and a high tide together they are at risk. Their supplies of fresh water are already contaminated with sea water.
