Your question, as I understand it is, "Should junior highers be treated or be taken under the title as children?". Well honestly it all depends on the junior higher! I've known many junior highers who like being children, they didn't want to grow up. They deserved that title. On the subject of boys, most are just as deserving to the title, but others have been more matured, and deserve the advance to junior higher. On the subject of girls, there are fewer that still deserve being called children. But others do not deserve it at all and should be advanced up to a higher title. Some I've met that I thought were on their first year of highschool but actually they were on their first year of junior high! It all depends, but I think that most girls no, but most boys yes. I hope that I helped you very much on the matter, and that your vision is now clear towards the subject.
