Probably not. Katchina dolls were used by American Indians. They have various types of masks, helmets, etc often animistic. They are portative and sometimes considered portable totem poles- not entirely true but a good simile. Katchina is, and I should emphasize this, NOT a tribe, unlike Apache, Cherokee, Cayuse, etc. ( cayuse is also a breed of horse!)

No, MyScene is not the same as Barbie. However, both lines of dolls are made from the same company, Mattel. And both lines of dolls previously included a character named Barbie (But now they don't make the MyScene dolls with the name Barbie, now they have a new character.)
